I WILL NEVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN!

Ordered items online on 6 May- stated time of dispatch on their website = 2 to 3 days, received confirmation on 7th. Note that there is no way to track your order and they do not take phone calls, you can only contact them via email and then they take their time to respond. On the 13th i received an email that they are having difficulty with delivery and cannot give me a delivery date. I offered to collect to help them out of their dilemma. Email received on the 15th they stated that I cannot collect. On 16th I received an email saying that my order is ready for collection??? (10 days after placing the order!!!) On the 18th I went to collect and they refused to reimburse my delivery costs!!! they were totally unfriendly saying that delivery costs are not reimbursable even if they are at fault!
