I lost my Job because of Upwork delays

I work online and a laptop is my source of income. I can confirm due to delays and forgetfulness from the evetech staff i have lost my Job.. From April 20th to May 4th 2023 i sent a brand-new laptop back to evetech which i only had fir 2 days. And sent it back to them for an SSD repair which they confirmed was faulty. Ive been waiting for updates which I haven't received any. I have to phone them multiple times to find out where my purchase is. Not to mention the day i was supposed to receive it. I had to phone them to find out where it is. Guess what, THEY FORGOT TO SEND IT. Like i said. I lost my job due to this and no one has contacted me to apologize or see what else they could do to fix this issue.
