How do you get it so wrong?

Evetech! O Evetech! How dissapointing am I. I was looking for a new laptop and my brother always has these AMAZING connections. In tbis case it was Evetech. Me myself have never heard of them untill he introduced me now. So we ordered a few laptops as a family from them. All of us spread around. My brother made the order for each of us. So he got pur info and ordered. This was 12 August. In the meantime all my other family members received their laptops. But i am still waiting. So the story goes that it went to Saldana bay instead of Upington. We both have areas called Middelpos the courier guy told me. He said he will put the package on the couiers going to Springbok during the night and then from there upington. But the package went to Cape Town first. Evetech has a branch there. Eventually when they woke up they realised the package ia at the wrong address. No vommunication further for days. Eventually i got an email this morning that the package has been loaded to be taken back to the JHb branch of Evetech and only after they received it it will maybe be sent to northern cape. So when will i receive my package? Its bee. n 3 weeks now. How do you get it so wrong?? How Evetech? Why dont you sent me other laptops from your shop while you wait for the other ones to reach you. Now i have to wait as a customer. Not cool.
