How bad can service get!

How bad can service get! Well after placing an online order and mailing them direct they still managed to mess up the order. I clearly ask to collect at the Centurion office seeing that I am not always home for delivery. They confirmed via email the order has been made for collection. When I aked how far my order is I get email saying its been send via courier. So another 2 days delay and needing to deal with courier to find out when delivery will take place.
