HORRIBLE Service from Abrie and the company

HORIIBLE SERVICE I bought a 10k laptop for my son that came with free delivery. They said there is software that needs to be loaded on it before we can take the laptop and it ill be done by Monday, courier will bring it to me on Tuesday the 3rd of July. It is the 10th of July now and I still do not have my laptop. I called the store twice and on both instances they promise the laptop will be picked up by courier from centurion to sandton (should not take so many days). I called AGAIN today and they told me it is not possible to speak to my sales guy Abrie (could not give me a reson). I WANT MY MONEY BACK Evetech, you can keep your laptop I will go buy somewhere else
