Horrible refund process

Absolutely great unless you want a refund. Placed an order in duplciate, they didnt have the item in stock anymore, asked for a refund, now they want -Bank confirmation letter -Full banking details -Copy of your ID This is while they use a payment method that logs into your bank account and does the etf to their account!?!?!
