horrible experience.

I bought an Asus Motherboard from them and only 4 usb ports were working out of the 7 and the ethernet port wasn't working. I emailed them and it was a mission an a half for them to come and collect it. I emailed them for three days and nothing was done. I eventually had to drive 50+ km to them for them to exchange it in 5 minutes to exchange it for an MSI motherboard. I also bought a Ryzen 2700x and they somehow ran out of the Wraith prism cpu coolers. They were supposed to give me an Am400 cooler but they gave me another without telling me why. I didnt complain. The cooler didnt fit in my case and I called them and told them and they said they can only help me next year or I can drive to them to exchange it the very same day. ****ty service. Rather support computer mania or another business than this.
