Horrible customer service and funds management

I paid for my laptop and sent them proof of payment the same day. Only yo find out the laptop is sold out and they won't be ordering anymore. It took them 5 days to get back to me regarding my POP and are trying to sell me a different laptop for more money. I have now requested a refund for all my money that I paid them
