Horrible customer service and delivery

Absolutely some of the worst service I've ever seen. I purchased a new computer for work from EveTech at the cost of close to R20k, and only after 2,5 weeks finally got an email stating that one of the parts wasn't compatible and they offered a replacement. Another week and a half later and I'm still waiting on the delivery, without any real confirmation that my computer is on its way. The most I've gotten was an email stating that it's been scheduled for delivery with their courier, and a tracking url that states it still hasn't been collected. Absolutely terrible service, with no feedback to customers even for such a large purchase.
