Horrible customer service

Evetech made a mistake on the pricing for laptops on the 19th of September 2018. I ordered a number of these laptops which was paid by EFT. After the order was cancelled they asked me for my banking details which I sent through but only about 1/3 of my purchases was refunded and they don't respond to emails.
