Honestly what a feces fiasco

....wish there was a half star...the service provided from there are just smoke and mirrors...I've always been warned about the customer service but didn't realise its such a joke... Sales rep very quick and helpful making the experience at first seem super friendly so I put my part list together and request for them to build it on my behalf (yes I did even pay for it) then when I receive all my parts I see that everything is still sealed up and my case completely empty...was not impressed at all(received feeble excuses regarding the ball dropping)...they were somewhat accomodating regarding that they would send out a courier but I was apprehensive about that after I saw how the courier they used handled my fragile labeled delivery...so I requested for a refund and then from there radio silence, no email response then phoned them sat on hold for a bit met with more excuses to figure out my refund hadn't even been processed at all (may seem like it was just forgotten about) so lesson learnt, there are far better providers out there.
