Honest opinion - save yourself the hassle and skip Evetech

100% competitive prices but TERRIBLE customer service from the *** team (a guy named MJ or Michael). They will put the phone down on you for querying an order or if you made a mistake and want to change your order, even after waiting forever on their phone queue. Evetech requires in-advance deposits - I feel as soon as you make the deposit on your order, they do not care about you anymore. Prices are one thing, but my experienced service recently is blatant incompetence and shows an absolute lack of care for their customers. I'd way rather pay a higher price from a supplier that at least wants to do business with you and has some level of professionalism. Back to Wootware I go, their service has always been exceptional - even for the higher prices.
