Great price, product and support- pity about their courier

I bought a new high end lap top fro evetech. Fantastic product at a great price. Sadly they work with Bex couriers and at that point things hit a wall. Evetech customer service helped to resolve things and were fantastic- but it should not hav ebeen necessary. With a better courier company Evetech would get 5 stars, while they remain with Bex there delivery side just lets them down.
