Great company with subpar customer service

Evetech's prices are unmatched ,their shipping is great , although if you don't live in a main city , is can be quite expensive .The problem lies in their customer service . I bought a screen from them , within the 2 weeks of it arriving , I noticed it had a dead pixel . I reported this to Evetech right away , their solution was that i needed to drive 2 hours to the nearest screen service office at my own cost .Beyond that i got no further help .
