Great Assistance, Beyond what is required!

I bought a Nitro Concepts gaming chair from Evetech. During the shipping the courier was hijacked. Although all the items were recovered, the courier informed me that they had no ETA on the SPAS case duration and when the items would be released. I reached out through email to Evetech and within a few hours an Evetech representative phoned me and informed me that the they would give me a replacement unit and recover the one from the hijacked items sent by courier.

It was such a pleasure to be treated decently and not to be made to feel as if my request was unfair or effort for them.
