Goods receiving service slow

The service was quick up to the point where they let me know (by email) that I can come pick up the keyboards... when we got there we had to stand in line in the sun for over an hour... that is unacceptable! There wasn't that many people - it just took very long for the staff to help. Once they took the printout of the order it was quick enough
