Goodbye Evetech

I have been a customer for Evetech for many years now - my family and I have spent thousands of Rands supporting this company.

On the 30th of September 2019 I tried to purchase a mouse pad off their site and realized I couldn’t do self collection so I went into their store to purchase this mouse pad that was on special - the sales men told me that they canceled their self collection because of customers toying with them so I said okay but I’m here to buy a mouse pad that is on special the sales men said to me I must buy the mouse pad over the internet and have it delivered to my house... (I live 4mins away from Evetech) so I said okay and walked away after an awful treatment from this staff member (swearing and completely being rude to me). I went home and I placed my order for this mouse pad (the special was R99 for this mouse pad) the deliver cost was R133 - reminder I live 4mins away! Where I could just self collect!

From Tuesday I gave them a daily call asking what’s going on with my package - because I live 4mins away - should be here loooong ago, every time I got a lame excuse that it will arrive the next day but never pitched.

Today is Friday of 4th of October 2019 - I do not have my product still and most likely won’t have it until Monday. I’m very unhappy customer! This is the last time I’m supporting this company.

(My friend who purchased the same day as me is having the same issue and he spent over R2000, him and I will not recommend this company to any of the people we know but instead to stay away from it)
