Good service, till...

Positive & Negative: Initially I got excelent service, the sales rep assisted me with the product pricing a qouting and rep**** to my emails in a timely manner etc., till I placed the order and paid, then things started going downhill, slow responses on my questions and follow up questions regarding my order.. Since I did the order via mail nothing is reflecting on my account on their website, so I can't check if they recieved the payment etc..

Negative: I got my items in a timely manner at least, BUT when I started opening some of the products some of the more expensive stuff was already opened (maybe they did quality controll and opened it for me?? :P) Delivery is VERY expensive. - if you look at other websites, if you order something you get free delivery above a certain amount, even if its in the R100's, no matter weight and size. I ordered R1000's worth of stuff and had to pay over 500 for delivery. What bugs me more on this is that some items has a "free delivery", but if you order it with something else that free delivry falls away...

Positive: Some of their prices is competetive, just check the items when you recieve it.
