Good prices, shoddy return policy, overall good build quality

From what I can see people are having problems when they return stuff or ask for a refund but my experience was good, the pc came in nice packaging unfortunately it was dropped on the corner probably a fault with the delivery company, luckily only the case got damaged and there were no problems with the pc, their prices are unbeatable I must say, even compared to oversea prices their price points are good, would've been 5 if the case wasn't damaged but what can you do, quite happy with my pc been running just fine, wish they told me that the ram they installed wasn't dual channel but other than that great job
