Good overall service

Good service. Fast response to my after sales query. The laptop was advertised with antivirus software but was delivered with only a trial version. sent them a mail and within 2 hours they had responded and sent the activation codes. Delivery took a few days but I ordered just after black Friday so i think they were swamped to get orders out. As far as price goes I think you will have to look really hard to beat these guys on comparable machines.
