Good customer service

Ordered a mechanical keyboard from them. Item arrived in about a week but they did say it would take a bit longer than usual due to the holiday season order backlog. Item arrived in perfect condition. Their customer service is also good as I emailed them regarding when I could expect delivery and their response was quick. 10/10 would buy from here again.
