getting paid to do nothing

I’m so annoyed with evetech at the moment, This is the second time they messed up an order My corsair 7000x rgb FRONT glass panel broke and I made it so clear over email and on phone it’s the FRONT panel waited for 2 weeks and what do they send me, The side panel!!!! Now I will most probably need to wait another 2 or 3 weeks, just for them to most probably mess it up again.
