Gaming Chairs in Absolutely Horrific Condition

We spent lot of money on four higher end chairs along with a hefty shipping cost and the quality and service are not up to standard in any way.

Three of the four items cannot even be assembled properly and may even cause permanent damage if attempted.

The shipment from Aramex was very delayed without any notification of such. After the 5 business days along with 2 extra days delay, we requested feedback on the status with Aramex and didn't get any real feedback other than saying they would check. Evetech was a bit more helpful but again no feedback.

After almost a 5 business day delay, the items did finally arrive.

However, all four items have bad factory faults.

First chair: Backside zipper is undone and cannot be zipped. This is the only item with a purely cosmetic defect.

Second chair: Bottom bolt tracks at back are stripped and therefore the legs cannot be attached to the chair.

Third chair: Bottom bolt tracks at back are completely rusted and unusable.

Fourth chair: Arms that attach the back of the chair are misaligned, preventing full assembly of the chair.

The condition of all these items is completely unacceptable and most of them cannot even be fully assembled to the absolutely terrible state that they are in.

I am still awaiting feedback on their solution for this situation. All of these items were needed urgently for a work environment during end-of-year crunch and Evetech has truly let us down.
