Initially *******ly dealt with my minor child online (my kid used the credit card and decided to order headset, which turned out to be incompatible with his PlayStation). Friendly enough online interaction when i discovered and intervened at first : Evetech (Ian Oosthuizen) agreed to refund. Quickly came to fetch the headset. Now, a week later, they've vanished. No refund, no more online comms. Headset gone, my money gone. Will be laying a charge of theft and *******ly trading with a child online. Wish I had read all these negative comments before I let the headset. Fair warning to potential customers - ONLY DEAL WITH EVETECH IF YOU'RE READY TO TOLERATE *****!.
