Flabbergasted

Unfortunately there is no negative rating.Bought parts for a friend about a year and a half ago and they are still under warranty. 1st problem-Is that i waited 3 days after form was completed for any sort of feedback. 2nd problem-i was told that after paying for the products and paying shipping.Said products became faulty and i have to pay for return shipping.RIDICULOUS service. 3rd problem-I was told there is nothing wrong with the products and i installed the ram incorrectly...So after 22 years of IT experience i installed RAM wrong that can only go in one way... 4th problem-Parts returned with CPU fan removed..Paste not even cleaned properly and no backup paste provided..

So my recommendation will be avoid then use REBELGAMING instead or any other company out there..Even Eskom has a better service department.
