Figure the Collection Process out yourself once on-site
It is with great sadness that I have to publish this review today, because I've always in the past received great service from Evetech.
I purchased some items online and opted for collection on site at Evetech's new location.
Upon arrival, I reported to reception and was greeted by many confused customers standing around. After about 3 minutes I noticed a ticketing system is being used at Evetech, and I need to generate my own ticket at the self-serve kiosk, which I proceed to do.
My ticket then appears on the screen with a timestamp of when I'll be served, so I take a seat (Reasonable to make such an assumption).
After 25 minutes or so, I notice the gents behind the counters are only calling sales tickets, not collection tickets, and one of the gents then informs us that collections are at the collection bay around the corner of the building outside.
I proceed to head in that direction with about 6 other customers, and am met with another queue. By this point, my collection ticket had already been called, and my items re-shelved due to non-collection (Becuase I was in the wrong place).
After asking one of the helpers what's going on, he just smiles and says they'll call my name (Which after another 25 minutes they don't, because my ticket number has come and gone).
At this point I'm so upset that I leave Evetech without collecting my merchandise and because I'm about to miss an important meeting.
I had to come back a second time later in the day to collect my stuff after phoing and complaining. 2 Hours of my day wasted, thanks Evetech for such a poor experience.
