Faulty MSI GF75 Thin 10SDR Laptop

I am highly annoyed with how swift and eager they were to take payment from me for an MSI laptop. I made my purchase and 1 month later my HDMI failed and I have been trying to get it resolved. I left the country and was informed to take the unit to a reputable repair center. They advised PartServe that when I got back in the country and I took it there for the repairs. 3 months later, I still have a faulty laptop and when I try and have this conversation on the issues with Evetech I get met with no responsiveness. My unit has gone in for repairs ranging from HDMI, secondary fan, weak battery, and board replacement. The last person Juan I spoke with had this to say "sheeeze" and tries to connect me to support where I get cut off.
