Faulty Laptop

Bought a laptop fir my son for his computer it sat 3 weeks at the couriers and i only received it a week after my sons birthday, got the laptop installed everything and when my son wanted to work on it it started switching on and off by itself,if kept on frozeing,and did not charge and at one point the screen came up with lines and the laptop never worked again, phoned them told them about it and they told me the laptop has passed its 7 day returning period i told them what happened eventually i returned the laptop asking them to return my money now they are telling me they cant retthe money caues the laptop have lapsed it's 7 day returning period and they can make a CPA Claim but they wont let their driver go to the service claim to make the claim so here im sitting without a laptop i dont want one from them again and i know they are not going to return my money they hope that i will forget about this they are "*****" all i want are the refund so that i can order or get a laptop for my son but NO they are takeing there time cause they dont want to refund my money. Please be carefull what you order from them cause the item you order will sit at their couries for 3 weeks so that the return policy off them can lapse i have learned the hard way and now i cant get y money back
