Faulty laptop

i purchased a faulty laptop from evetech i send it back and they tested it they acknowledged that the laptop was faulty and that they will refund my money it has been 3weeks and still no refund these guys are very ***** they sell faulty products to the people and they do not want to refund your money they come with excuses and stories but no refund im sick of it im putting my lawyers on them and im going to the papers and who else to let everyone know that they are ***** and are selling faulty products
