Failed laptop and desktop pc

I was prompted to leave a second review based on the lack of feedback from Evetech, in addition to the problems experienced in the first review there were also other issues such as there being a dent on the box of the desktop pc and sloppy cabling when it was couriered back from repair.

Note : (Correction on the first review, laptop price R20 500) and the desktop cost worked out to more plus the peripherals which is now leaving me deeply regretting giving them a second chance.
