Extreme arrogance

Bought two new computers at great expense from Evetech. Lead time advertised at 9 to 10 business days and delivery at 2 to 4 business days. Now 15 business days after payment, nobody knows where the computers are, when they will arrive and nobody returns calls! What a shame! It appears they expect us to be happy with responses when it suits them to respond! Does anybody know how to get in touch with Evetech management? Sales staff wants us to believe that they do not have the numbers or the authority to disclose the numbers. Wow!
