Eveteck is a no go

Boys i spend over 50k in the last 2 years at Eveteck... I recently call to ask about 2 pcs I'm interested in.... I was told if I bought 2 pcs surly I'll get some discount... I bought my son's pc and within a month I bought mine... When I ask about the discount I was told they can't give me any discount because it's a good price after spending roughly 30k in less than a month..... When my son got his pc the rgb fan in front of the tower dnot work at all... I was told to see if it is plug in I did and even swop power cables and still not working... I received my pc yesterday and it look so beautiful... I was so excited and when I plug in in rgb fan lights work but not one of the 6 fans are spinning... Keep in mind this is after the policy statement say as follow..... ( each pc is texted and set to the best preference possible) on my sons pc there was error on programs pre-installed and now on my pc there are exactly the same problems.... I'm always being a Eveteck fan but clearly something is wrong... There are still no feedback about my son's fan that's not working.... I'm very unhappy after spending roughly 30k at Eveteck and two pcs in a row is not working properly... I need answers ASAP... And I need to know wats going on....
