Evetech - Worst customer service and responses ever

We recently purchased a desktop from Evetech. The machine took for ever to be delivered. The machine had to be returned two weeks after purchase due to a faulty graphics card. When we eventually were able to send the machine back (at our cost) we had to follow up to get it back. We elected to pick up the machine ourselves. We were handed some else's machine and only found out when we unpacked it at home. There was no response from Evetech when this was reported to them despite several requests for contact details for a senior manager to call (to date we still have not had a proper response.

We picked up the correct machine (and returned the incorrect one - which we were able to access) and found one of the components (lighting remote was missing). Despite agreeing to deliver the component they have not done so

Another request for a Senior persons contact details goes unanswered.

The desktop has been with us (since return) for a total of 4 days and has failed AGAIN.

I must say that this is the worst Customer service experience I have ever had and I can advise all potential customers to steer clear of this company
