Just take in your PC to them and they will sort everything out. Be very wary of most companies that sell computer parts, they DO NOT readily provide this service! They have the best price and provide the best service. They can be slow with their communication at times. But when you realize how much time they spend testing your products FOR FREE, it completely makes sense.

On a personal note, its great being able to go into a store and chat to technicians who are gamers themselves. You get real worthwhile advise, not sales pitches like incredible *******ion.
