Evetech support/returns disaster...

Dealing with Evetech Support to get a defective keyboard returned has been a disaster - I am now into day 11, the path which is littered with calls that are cutoff or never returned, emails that take 2-3 days to get a reply, and just a general total lack of customer service. Once this is sorted, never again Evetech.
