Evetech Solutions terrible service

We bought a brand new Dell laptop that is faulty. Now Evetech is saying a Dell technician needs to come out to repair it and it will take 15 days.

I bought a new machine and the machine came faulty from the manufacturer and should be replaced with a new one.
