<p>Hi all, </p> <p> </p> <p>I am very sure that we always hear the small percentage of people who have had bad experiences, and those of us who have had good experiences are silent.</p> <p> </p> <p>Well in my case i was warned bby all the hello peter posts and a few friends to not use Evetech.</p> <p> </p> <p>Against my better conscience I could not bring myself to being ********** on pricing, (Evetech is very competitive in this regard).</p> <p> </p> <p>I decided to give them a chance with a lump in my throat.</p> <p> </p> <p>I went into their branch which was quiet busy, met with their sales executive Michael Figueiredo who served me professionally.</p> <p> </p> <p>I paid and collected all my components.</p> <p>although not everything was perfect (the case not accommodating my custom CPU cooler).</p> <p>I was allowed to make arrangements to drop off the case and return it for a refund with out any hassles.</p> <p>(I had purchased a replacement in the mean time else where).</p> <p> </p> <p>so far so good all components were sealed and brand new. </p> <p>Also this is the best PC i have built or owned.</p> <p> </p> <p>I thank Michael and the Johan for keeping their word by "Looking after me"</p> <p>hope to see these gentlemen succeed.</p> <p> </p> <p>also note this, companies who are processing 1000s of sales a day only have a hand full of complaints every so month. Must be some representation on the other percentage that you dont see or hear about.</p> <p> </p> <p>Keep up the good work.</p> <p>give them a try for yourself and be the judge.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kind Regards</p>
