Evetech Sells Faulty Equipment that they Refuse to Repair

This is how things work at Evetech. You buy a laptop. It takes 2 or so weeks to arrive. It's faulty. They need to collect it for repairs. They collect it and repair and send it back. Three weeks altogether. But then it's still faulty. So they collect it again and return it again. Another three weeks. But it's still faulty. They collect it again... Since buying the laptop I have not really been able to use it and Evetech refuse to replace the obviously faulty unit. I purchased this laptop for more than two months ago and have hardly been able to use it and Evetech are not even able to tell me when the problem will be resolved. All they can offer is that they "need to follow protocol".
