Evetech repair disaster

Horrible experience waiting for my laptop to be repaired. I lost months of work, only after 3 months the unit got delivered to their tech team….

I fail to understand who waits for 4 months to get a laptop screen replaced. I paid and sent POP within 2 weeks of dropping my laptop off.

The assessment took forever and the repair process bearly happened without me calling in everyday.
