Evetech refund times are pathetic

Placed order on the 2nd of May. Was told on the 10th of May that they have no stock. Rep**** on email, no response. Complained on Facebook, and was told to send an email, which I already did. Pathetic service to get your money back. 2 weeks after placing my order and nothing.... a couple of stupid sales responses with conflicting info. I know its lockdown, but this is ridiculous. Ill NEVER deal with Evetech again. If it wasent for lockdown I would have driven from Durban to their shop to demand my money back...
