EveTech -- reasonable prices but rather rude SUPPORT service.

Best option is to buy loose components from EveTech and then contract a good local PC Builder in your home-area to do the build. In this way, you support your local economy.
Going to the EveTech premises in Centurion is the opposite of a good experience. Pity the Evetech staff, who work under pressure and in a barren, apocalyptic open-floorplan office setup.
Businesses like Tiger Wheels have learned how to be kind and considerate to customers. Therefore I go there again and again. Evetech is always a "I don't like the place BUT they have the best stock" sort-of experience. They can improve without breaking their high-turnover business model.
Evetech: Excellent Website, good products but often an unsavoury customer experience.
Best option is to buy e.g. brand-name laptops from Evetech, because then all warranty repairs are taken care of by ASUS / DELL, etc. Buying an Evetech Build can work well, but if there's comebacks, the high-turnover, high-pressure corporate culture can be a somewhat jolting experience.
