Evetech poor service

This has been the most terrible experience i have ever had with evetech. I have bought R38 000 worth of pc upgrade kits from them last year november. My 1 pc has given my so much problems, 1 of the 16 gig ram cards happend to be faulty, i sent it back after consulting with them, then when they got it, it was tested and found faulty, then i was told but they cant exchange it, cause they need the other ram card that came in the box with it, after another week went pass trying via email to liase who will be liable for the costs of the couriers, i finally managed to get it picked up, now after about a week and 10's of emails asking about if they got it and when i can receive my new ram, nobody replies to my emails, its been almost 2 weeks of email ignorance, yes i know its lockdown, but surely it cant take 2 weeks to replay to emails. They are the most overrated pc seller out there, their service are 1 out of 10 and i will NEVER make use of them again. I have requested management contact details, but still no reply. WOW!!!!
