Evetech, PartServe & MSI Support & Product Review.

I purchased a new laptop from EveTech in 2021. Upon their recommendation with regards to the technical specifications I required, they advised me to purchase an MSI Prestige laptop. (A high end machine which is apparently renowned for it's speed as it is essentially apparently a Gaming Machine) However, not even 1 year later (2022), EveTech referred me to PartServe due to the Sound Card being faulty. I pay the necessary expediting fee as most of us are dependent on our machines which are our bread and butter. Now even 2 years later (2024) the bevel of the screen cracked and the Control Key detached from the laptop keyboard. This costs me the expediting fee AGAIN + the parts and repair.

Now not even 5 MONTHS later, the F11 key detaches from the replaced keyboard. Yet PARTSERVE will NOT accept photographs which clearly indicate that the key has dislodged. This is utterly unacceptable and pathetic quality and service.

I would not recommend EveTech and specifically NOT a MSI Laptop (MSI should stick to desktops) My 2x previous DELL Laptops were far superior and never gave me half the problems. Evetech, PartServe & MSI.. It's time to up your game!
