Evetech not going the extra mile

After placing my order and waiting for my product for 10 business days. They sent me a email stating they dont have one of my parts, and suggested a different one that would cost me almost R4000 more. When you email them they do not come back to you as its like an automatically reply email that they sent you they also don't take any calls when you try to call them. I have made almost 10 attempts to call them. I do understand that because we are on lockdown they are short on staff but they need to make a plan to attend to people faster as they sure can have people working from hom to respond to your emails.
