Evetech needs to work on their after service.

I'm disappointed with the service and support we received. First the delivery of our machine took over a month only to find that there were items missing. When it came to our PC the Hard drive wasn't installed properly and the operating system and drivers weren't installed. After getting in contact about the missing items I was informed to put it on email, after waiting another week I had to follow up on the email only to hear that we received our order. Then I had to contact them again before they finally fixed the order. I also feel they need to communicate better about what needs to be added to the machines. I only figured out while fixing all the issues there is no form of wifi or Bluetooth on the machine. Better service and communication would have made the process and experience way easier.
