Evetech lost another one

So disappointed with Evetech. After having supported them for quite a while I have now decided I will never be a customer here again.

Besides the ridiculous delivery fee and no way to purchase products online with a collection option, I have requested a quote, made payment of the product only to find out that 3 days after payment was made they 'checked' to see that they did not have any stock available and informed me 3h30 the afternoon. Then they 'graciously' gave me the option to spend more money for an alternative product which I just as 'graciously' declined. I am still waiting for confirmation on when I will receive my refund.

They are overpriced, understocked and down right terrible with customer relations.
