Evetech laptops break and Partserve damage when they repair it. Do NOT use them

So i bought a laptop for R42k to start my own business in 2019, within 10 month display had broken. I was told i had to take it to Partserve for repair, i did this. It took 4.5 months to repair because they kept ordering parts that didn't work. Got the laptop back eventually and noticed that my graphics card was not working properly, ran a lot of benchmark test which indicated that this was hardware related. So Evetech and Partserve had broken my laptop when they repaired it.

I have offered a fair resolution to the situation where they refund me and i buy a better laptop but they refuse to honor this offer. We are going to the ombudsmen with this situation. we have owned the laptop for at total of 16 months and it hasn't been working properly for around 7 months!!!!! This is not acceptable.

FYI - the laptop was MSI who also have not been helpful and supply substandard products.

Do not buy your laptop from Evetech.
