Evetech isn't as bad as I thought

Evetech has delivered good service for me in recent times. I haven't bought from them until start 2022. I ordered an AIO liquid cooler once from Gamdias and it was a good quality product for its price, a while after that I purchased one of their upgrade kits which arrived in good condition as well (And I received a free bag out of it)

Unfortunately when I upgraded my PC to an AMD build, I realised that the Gamdias liquid cooler came with a ***** which was unthreaded, when I asked Evetech what the problem was, they were quick to respond and delivered new *****s within two days, on a Saturday!

I don't understand the influx of negative reviews for Evetech on this website at all, I haven't had a bad experience with their support system or anything else to do with them, they reply quickly and professionally, and they help where they can.

That AIO liquid cooler I mentioned earlier now has an RGB light defect, and I will RMA the product to Evetech, I will update this post when I see the results of my RMA. I have yet to see them mess up.
