Evetech is unorganized and a complete mess

The only somewhat okay interaction I had with the staff was the email support. Very helpful and responded within hours. However the actual warehouse was a nightmare. It is so unorganized and the people working there need to work on communication and not expect every person to read their minds. I took my PC for a hard drive problem (the PC is only 2 months old btw) and at no point did anyone tell me when they would look at it and how long it would take. I could not backup my hard drive due to the errors I was receiving. No one asked if I had done so and proceeded to install a new hard drive and did not give me the old one, therefor losing all my work and data. When I asked what the problem was I just got a ‘it was some software issue’. I get that these boys think they’re smarter than the rest of us but common decency would be nice.
