Evetech is too busy for customer service or friendliness !

On Sunday I referred my friend to Evetech to purchase some items to upgrade his PC we ordered and paid then realized we forgot a small item that cost less than R300 now the shipping on this item is quoted as R149 and my friend says it's not worth it. I then said I am sure if we call them early Monday morning they would ship it together.

Unfortunately, when he called they were not very helpful and said they are too busy to put it in one parcel, which is an idiotic response as it takes more time to pack two separate parcels, box, wrap, and complete the waybills.

We have now only received the small item which was paid for on Sunday. The other parcel show paid but has no tracking info on the website so we had to call to get the tracking number. I again enquire why they could not combine the two orders which were made minutes apart the person whom I was talking to had no desire to be of any help whatsoever and rep**** 'if you wanted it together you should have ordered it together'. It feels like I was dealing with a government department, not a private business.

We paid almost R300 delivery fee from Centurion to Pretoria North.
